BURNING AWAY THE FOG

Using creative expression helps us to interweave the varied and complex emotions of experience. It helps us find the ray of light that will burn off our fog.  It allows us to walk into the dense unknown and walk out again. Learning to walk through the dense fog of life’s difficult experiences gives us the strength and courage we need to absorb the realization that the fog will lift again and again and again. This is a support group for adults dealing with loss or looking to explore a more meaningful life direction.
